Kratos Public Safety & Security Solutions is hosting the Campus Security Seminar: an event that will feature presentations from leading subject matter experts in the field of education security. 8:45 – 10:15am: Making Your Campus Safer and More Secure
Speaker: Paul Timm, President, RETA Security
Description: Providing a safe campus environment is more important than ever. What steps can you take to address physical security issues and vulnerabilities? This session will address three keys to effective security: stakeholder collaboration, healthy awareness, and appropriate student involvement. Learn how to implement practical and affordable strategies at little or no cost.

10:15 – 10:45am: Break & Networking Session

10:45 – 11:45am: The Future of Physical Security on Campus
Speaker: Bob Dolan, Director of Technology Security Solutions, Anixter
Description: Discussing changes occurring in the campus security technology marketplace including video surveillance, cabling infrastructure, longer term changes appearing on the horizon in access control, and utilizing security products for multiple applications.

11:45am – 12:45pm: Training at the Speed of Real
Speaker: John Sieh, Master Trainer, Kratos Special Operations Training Services Group
Description: An overview of specialized training for campus security including understanding/identifying threats, preparing for the "worst case scenario," individual sub-unit collective training synopsis, The Training Management System (TMS), and live fire validation of personnel tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
